What is Nucleo Greens’s 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Return Policy?

We want you to feel completely confident when trying Nucleo Greens. If for any reason you’re not satisfied — whether the product is opened or unopened you’re covered by our 30-day refund policy for your first order, starting from the day your order arrives.

The return period is 30 days, starting from the date of receipt of the goods.Along with the return form, the shipment must also include proof of purchase (such as a courier receipt or an order confirmation from the merchant’s website).

Returns must be sent to the company’s office by courier. Transportation costs are borne by the Customer and are non-refundable. Once the returned goods are received and verified, the product value (excluding transportation costs) will be refunded to the Customer’s bank account within 14 working days.

 

Complaints regarding mechanical damage incurred during transportation will be accepted only if a complaint report is drawn up in the presence of the courier. If visible damage to the shipment is noticed upon delivery, a report (in two identical copies) must be completed, describing the condition of the shipment and its packaging. In such cases, the Client may either refuse to accept the shipment or accept it at their own responsibility. If the Client accepts the shipment without raising a claim with the courier at the time of delivery, all responsibility for the complaint is transferred to the courier company. In this situation, the complaint procedures and terms of the respective courier company shall apply.

When submitting a complaint within 30 working days from the date of purchase, and provided that all terms and conditions of the store as well as all 1applicable legal provisions are met, the Customer may request one of the following: a refund of the amount paid, a replacement of the goods, or a discount on the price. All costs incurred by the Customer related to the receipt and return of the goods — including bank commissions and any other expenses beyond the product’s value — shall be borne by the Customer. Any third party who receives the shipment but is not the primary purchaser is not entitled to submit a complaint.
